This document is required for loan submission. Based on the layout and formatting, I would imagine that a new application will be released to make it much easier to read and complete.

5001-2 – Lender’s Agreement

RD5001-02 can be accessed here or on our document page.

This lenders agreement must be re-submitted by all lenders under the new OneRD regulations. I usually include it with each loan becuase I do not keep track of which states I have sent loans to and which ones I have not. It is a good practice to keep this document in your submission package for all loans to ensure you have a complete package.

5001-3 – Rural Development Conditional Commitment

RD5001-03 can be accessed here or on our document page.

This document does not need to be filled out by the lender however this is what you can expect to receive from the USDA once your loan has been approved and funds obligated by the Agency.
